Great service! People are really nice and friendly. There’s even a comfortable place where you can eat some good snacks and watch tv while they’re checking your car. I totally recommend this place!

Friendly staff, also informative and not pushy. I haven't had a big issue yet but I'm satisfied with the prices, oil changes, regular maintenance and the shuttle!

I came in for a routine oil change and a/c checkup. The oil change went fine. I felt that I was up sold on an overly expensive replacement cabin filter and an unnecessary a/c flush, the upselling would have cost me an extra $150-$180. Further, as I left to go home, there was a “new” loud noise, so I had to immediately return to ask about it. In short, I piece of my splash guard had been broken. I was led to believe that it was just a coincidence, and couldn’t have possibly happened under their care. (Even though it didn’t exist on the way there and it did exist as I left). As I was discussing my dissatisfaction with Jose, he began to be very condescending and frankly started to get rude. They have lost my service.

We are very sorry to hear about this. This is not the way we do business. Clearly we did not deliver as promised. Thank you for letting us know about this. Our staff is aware of your concern and they are looking into ways to solve this issue.

They listened. Despite being unable to duplicate the issue, I asked them to take the car for a longer test drive. They did and found the issue. Friendly, knowledgeable, nice waiting room.

Went in to get an oil change and Mike took great care of me. Saw a deal online on their website and he honored that price. He gave me updates along the way and I really appreciated that. I will be back.

I wanted to get my struts done during my oil change and I was quoted $1500. I am not an idiot. If you google struts for my car the estimate is $300. I’ve done my research on parts and it’s about $200 and I’ve watched YouTube videos of the process. I’m gonna do it myself instead. I expected Kerry’s to charge me $400-500 max because I understand they have to make a profit and I was willing to pay that much. For $1500 I can change out a clutch and my struts. Can you please explain the ridiculous price? I recommend using Kerry’s for basic maintenance like oil changes, tube ups, and tire rotations but don’t bother with anything else unless your wallet barfs endless dollars.
