Mariposa
I came in for a routine oil change and a/c checkup. The oil change went fine. I felt that I was up sold on an overly expensive replacement cabin filter and an unnecessary a/c flush, the upselling would have cost me an extra $150-$180. Further, as I left to go home, there was a “new” loud noise, so I had to immediately return to ask about it. In short, I piece of my splash guard had been broken. I was led to believe that it was just a coincidence, and couldn’t have possibly happened under their care. (Even though it didn’t exist on the way there and it did exist as I left). As I was discussing my dissatisfaction with Jose, he began to be very condescending and frankly started to get rude. They have lost my service.
We are very sorry to hear about this. This is not the way we do business. Clearly we did not deliver as promised. Thank you for letting us know about this. Our staff is aware of your concern and they are looking into ways to solve this issue.
