I came in for a routine oil change and was genuinely impressed with the level of service. The staff was professional, efficient, and very attentive throughout the entire visit. What really stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the lobby was—it had a modern, welcoming aesthetic that made the wait comfortable and pleasant. It’s clear they take pride not only in their work but also in the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others.

The service and desk staff are always very friendly. I never feel like they are trying to ups me or any of the other customers I see them interacting with. They seem to do good work at a fair price and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Fortunately, I have not needed to use them for any major repairs, but if I ever need anything that's where I will go.

I had another shop tell me I needed to replace my transmission oil cooler and the oil cooler lines. They quoted me $2,500 for the project. I opted to take my car to Elite for a second option. They diagnosed the issue, determined I didn't actually need the cooler, and fixed the problem for a fraction of the quote received by the other shop. I worked with David throughout the process. He was exceptional and provided great updates all along the way. I appreciate David and the work the shop provides and will be taking my cars here going forward.

I stopped by with a big nail in my tire and the guys got me in and out very quickly . I spent less money at Carrie's than I would have spent at the yantara. The price was right and the service was excellent . This is actually my second time stopping by with the tire issue and they took care of me both times.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Very impressed with customer service and quality of work. Will definitely return.

Repair time was as promised with no surprises. Waiting room is comfortable, clean and roomy. Clean bathroom. Fast WiFi. Managers kept me informed.

Tammy and her crew were friendly, polite and very professional... I've been doing business with Justin at kerrys in norterra, but this time i had a major breakdown very close to airpark shop....I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP OR THE ONE AT NORTERRA TO ANYONE READING THIS.... It's extremely hard to find a mechanic that you can trust and honestly believe they have your best interest at hand. Well I tell you what, this place is all of that. Can only pray to find service like I've experienced here, back in the Midwest! If I lived in area, it would be my shop of choice.

Elite Auto Repair has been our go to place whenever we run into an issue with a car. I’m not a “car person”, but I’ve never felt talked down to or taken advantage of here. David and the team are awesome! Kind and helpful. I cannot recommend Elite enough!

Came to valley to pick up a sick dog and on our way back (to Prescott) our tire suddenly lost all it's air. We limped it into Kerr's with no appointment close to the end of the day. They determined it wasn't repairable and switched it out with our spare. This enabled us (and the dog) to get home safe. They didn't charge us for anything and treated us wonderfully. I highly recommend this shop. If I lived in the valley I would definitely return to do further business with them. We are very grateful for thier help.

Went in for the easiest oil change of my life, didn’t take 3 hours like it does at other places I go to. The general manager Andres was very respectful and professional when I asked him a gazillion questions regarding the services being done to my car. Inside was clean and had comfortable seating.

This shop is under new management, and you can really feel the difference. I met Andres, the new GM and Jeff the other manager. Everything is being run so much more smoothly, and it’s clear the team truly cares about their customers. What I love most is how committed they are to helping the community and doing everything they can to support people, not just fix cars. It’s refreshing to see a business lead with integrity and heart. Highly recommend!

Best service ever in shop experience. Promt professional neat and clean shop. I will be back as needed for car care in the future. Would recommend to all.

Great as always, the only criticism I could say is the tech didn't take the normal photos during the service like they normally do.
