Very helpful at understanding issues and getting to a successful resolution. All repairs were completed quickly and matched the online proposal I was provided. Helpful, and provided great concern/ understanding as to what was taken place. They also let me know with certain things found if I needed to go through with them or not.

Being new to the are , Ive been trying a few different auto mechanics, Kerrys Car Care , on north valley parkway has impressed me. The staff is responsive and knowledgeable. I needed a tire plug yesterday and they got me back to work asap. They saw that I was in need of my car fixed and back on the road and they did just that. I needed an oil change today and they got me in right away. I’m going to bring my wife’s car here next. The staff is patient with me and I don’t know much About cars. They let me finish my thought and answered everything I wanted to know. The waiting room is nice, clean and comfortable with leather chairs , coffee and What looks to be 65” tv Bring your vehicle to a Kerry’s

You guys are honest and don't mi e telling me what is wrong so I can fix it for that I will be sending you more people thank you for your unesty always

Dropped vehicle off without an appointment and work was done quickly and everything was great.

All staff at this shop demonstrates care and willingness to seek the source of any concerns that customer wants to address. I have coming to this shop since early 2025. My previous mechanic passed away in 2024 so it was diff to find another great shop. Kerry's Car Care is my new permanent go to mechanic shop. Thank you!
