Had a coupon for a 59 oil change. They ripped my wife off for over 100 dollars. Nice job! Never going there again. Don’t fall for the same scam I did. Wish I could leave a zero star. Could have taken to Lexus of Scottsdale for this price.

Awesome service. Tammy our Rep went above and beyond to have our fleet of work vans all serviced in a day and we were not inconvenienced one step of the way. Kerry's team showed up here at our offices, brought our vans to their shop and returned them later that day. We had never had them truly serviced or inspected, so it was good to know exactly where the problems potentially were within the vehicles. Safety is so important when employees are driving your vehicles. Tammy let us know every step of what was happening, showed pictured of problem areas and never pressured us to fix or replace anything, just made us aware. The prices were good and service excellent. Thank you for a great experience. We will definitely be customers for life!!!

I just dropped off my car. So far so good. I took car in for routine oil change, but had a laundry list of repairs that a normal car care place handle. After telling Nina my plans for the car...she will facilitate tinting the windows, changing the locks, body and paint repair.

Great staff, great facility....but I must admit, at least in my experience of 2 repairs, Kerry’s quote was more than the dealership (Chapman bmw). Last year I needed a couple of repairs done on my SUV and they quoted me $2200, but I got it done at the dealership for $1400. My seconds attempt was another quote for $2100 with Kerry, and then I got a separate quote from Dealership for same repairs for around $1500 (plus I get a loaner car). I like all the friendly people there and the waiting room is posh, but come on Kerry’s, at least be 10-15% cheaper than the dealership. Or maybe this is how it is nowadays. I’m confused

Very thorough and knowledgeable. They kept the shop open long enough for me to get there on my bike. Hopeful that they will be my regular mechanic. Thanks.

So I got a transmission flush from this place and was charged 287. I paid the price and left. I was skeptical of the price that I was charged so I took it to my normal shop,I go to and asked them what price they would charge for the same service. I was quoted 124 for the same service. So I gave a one star rating. I was later contacted by one of Kerry’s Car Care associate and asked why I gave a one star rating. I explained to him why and he was willing to rectify the situation and offered me 3 free oil changes to offset the price I paid and they will mail it out. I thought that was fair, so in return i retracted my review and gave them a 5 star. So a week has passed and I still haven’t received anything in the mail.

Just moved to Phoenix recently and found Kerry's Car Care. I really like the friendly employees especially Jose. He was very helpful and super friendly no pressure. I have been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and mechanics. It is nice to know you can trust an auto repair shop. Thank you for your professional service and friendly customer service.

Friendly staff and they made arrangements to drop me off and pick me up from work while my car was being worked on. They did not try to sell me on services, upgrades, or uneccessary repairs. Nicely done

Way overpriced, up to three times the price of the competition. Wish i had checked the price around before i commited to the repair with them. Customer service is good and they have an awesome waiting room, but it does not justify the high pricing. Paid $680 for a thermostat and cooling liquid flush, later found out that other shops were charging $190 to $350 for the same job. Not only that it did not solve my problem. Aftet changing the thermostat and flushing the cooling liquid they told me the issue was with the radiator.... they had my car for two days and could not figure that out sooner? Now i spent $680 and have a car that is overheating... very disapointing. Beware!
