I highly recommend Kerry's Mariposa - the outstanding, professionalism, knowledge and honesty we received from Tammy; which made our decision very easy w/no questions in the back of our minds. Our vehicle was done in a timely manner! My husband and I just can't get over the superb customer service, patience, and understanding Tammy has!! She made sure we were taken care of AND that we totally understood what needed to be done to our vehicle! She even drove me to work while leaving my baby behind!! Whaaaat?!?!? This is something unheard of; something we've never experienced (in alllll our years) by any previous mechanics shop, AND, we've never experienced a better Assistant Manager!! Fast, friendly and fantastic service. A much better experience then other auto shops. The lobby is beautiful and the new assistant mgr, Tammy, provided superior service and was extremely helpful and informative. I was pleasantly surprised with the costs. I will definitely recommend this location.
