My starter went out on me at a gas station just a few miles north of the shop. Jose came out and towed me to the shop (for free), and reassured me that they were going to take care of my vehicle. And they did. They also did a free inspection on the rest of the vehicle, and found a few other items that need some attention, but by no means were they pushy about the sale. It’s a great shop with lots of friendly folks. I will be back.

Met Jose today for the first time, he took care of our vehicle in a timely manner for a great price, these guys are top notch very professional hard-working and efficient staff, we will be back ! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend !

I dropped my car off at 1:00pm on a Friday for an oil change. Was a pretty good deal given the fact they gave me a $50 deal using fully synthetic oil and my car takes 7 quarts. I was told it would take about 45 mins to an hour to complete. I live in walking distance so I walked home and sat for a while. 2 and a half hours went by and I hadn't heard anything back, so figuring theyd be almost done with my car. I walked back and my car was still up on the lift. The general manager told me the oil change was done, but the air filter was dirty and offered to change it for about $23 and that it would only take about 20 minutes. So I decided I might as well since I was there. I ended up waiting another hour in the waiting room for them to put in a new air filter. In total it took 3.5 hours to complete a basic oil change and air filter which I probably could have had done in 15 minutes at a Valvoline for only 20 bucks more. I will say that they did perform a quality check up on my car and I can appreciate the work they put in, but an oil change and air filter change should not take 3 and a half hours. I would recommend Kerry's Car Care to anybody who ISN'T getting minor servicing done, if you're getting a decent amount of work done that will take a while regardless of where you go, then you would probably be fine going here. I would bet that you will pay less than you would at any dealership, but you will wait longer because of it.

Great group of guys brought my truck in there needed a new water pump they fixed it they were always in touch with me to give me different options on my truck they got my truck done, then had a little issue with it get hot so I took it back AS SOON as I pulled up they immediately took it back and started looking at it they figured out what it was and got me back on the road very happy with my new car place they have a forever customer!

Very courteous even though they were very busy. This is my first visit and so far so good.

I came in thinking I needed to replace my brake pads and everything that comes with that but after a careful inspection, they said they didn't need to be replaced! Wow, that made me a believer in their honesty. After getting a number of other items handled on my truck I am happy and will be back, this company is a keeper!
