All work explained and backed up with a great guarantee! Updating review: still a great place for car repair. Repair costs at any shop have increased over the years but the price is fair. The work is fully explained and priced before any work is done. I had an unusual issue with a car and the mechanic came out to look and talked with me about options. Always happy with the work!

Kerry’s Car Care in Chandler is the kind of place that makes you wish every business was run like this. Jeff and his team are super honest, crazy helpful, and they actually explain what’s going on without talking to you like you’re a lost tourist in your own engine bay. 😂 They got my car handled fast, the price felt fair, and I left feeling like my car just got a spa day and a pep talk. If you want a shop that’s trustworthy, professional, and still somehow has good vibes, this is it. Highly recommend.

I went there not knowing what was wrong but the manger there was so helpful and told me he could find what was wrong . Jeff is very knowledgeable in cars and fixed me problem so glad I went there .ge was very helpful got me in and out .Thanks so much I will be using them in the future.

The general manager Jeff was on the floor and very pleasant to talk to, he made me comfortable which helped with my decision to leave my vehicle with this shop. Dropped off my car last week and I was very impressed with how friendly the staff were and the cleanliness of the establishment. Jesus helped me, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. I appreciated the fact he didn't try to pressure me into more work than was needed. Finances are tough for me right now and he broke down the most important things that needed attention and what could wait. I will definitely go back for the remainder of my car issues and future repairs (hopefully none anytime soon). Prices were fair, but the honesty from the employees was priceless. I appreciate the fact that management does not to force their employees to rip people off.
