I had taken my Ford F150 to the dealership for an oil change and they noted my rear breaks were down to 3mm and urged that I get them done ASAP, which I agreed, but I was not going to pay $600+. I decide to get a second opinion at Kerry’s Car Care and got quoted less than half of what the Ford dealership wanted. When I got the call that my truck was ready the noted that they comped me the rotors because they discovered a defect in one of the rotors and the rotor was close to the thinnest threshold. Ford did fail to mention this about my rotor, which I was not too happy about. In addition, Jose the manager and Tyler were very helpful and definitely know the meaning of great customer service. They definitely won me over not just for what they did on the break job, but because they know how to treat people and I never felt like a number there. I will definitely be back for my oil changes and any other service my truck needs!
