James is a very caring and knowledgeable employee at carries there on Lake Pleasant ave. He went above and beyond to help out with my car concerns and really provided me with a true peace of mind when I had none prior to arriving… He shot me straight, gave me some personal experiences. He went through himself, and gave me some options that he recommended which Completely changed my view on taking my car into shops… I now realize that there are some HONEST and caring professionals in the car service industry. I stopped in here without an appointment for an oil changed and was so happy that they completed the oil change as well as inspected my car for other concerns that need to be taken care of and gave me a price for each repair without pressuring me to fix them all! They used high-quality oil, checked my fluids and tire pressure, and had me back on the road in no time. The waiting area was clean and comfortable too. I’ll be coming back for sure!

We are typically hesitate to try new automotive shops. But we had a sudden car problem and not much time. We decided to try them out here because of the great reviews. We were not disappointed. They were great, honest and up front. We had no surprise charges and great customer service. Collin was our guy he stayed in communication with us about everything. The work was done quickly and we had no issues afterward.
