Worst experience. Everything that could go wrong did. Took my car in because the AC was not blowing cool. This car is barely used and had a brand new AC installed 3 years ago and about 3k miles ago. I was disappointed to find out that the whole system needed to be replaced, but that is not their fault of course. So $1200 later they let me know my car was ready. I arrive and they pull the car around. It was blowing the exact same way as when I brought it in. Not cold in the slightest. They apologized and took it back to see what was wrong and offered me a ride home. Came back to pick it up the next time it was ready and when they brought it up the car was shaking and making a loud screeching noise (belt was loose). So they took it back and gave me another ride. I was surprised that for the second time they did not check that it was actually ready before having me come in. Turns out the AC bracket was cracked and they offered to weld it back to fix this issue for me, free of charge which was appreciated. So its ready again only to find out the reason it wasn't blowing cold was because a small valve was pinched in this small silver cap. I asked the service manager if this could be the actual problem and that the whole system didn't need to be replaced. He wasn't as friendly as the first service manager I spoke with and just nonchalantly said 'probably not'. I was so upset at this point I didn't want to have further conversations with him of course. So a month or so go by and I haven't really wanted to drive my car (it is an extra vehicle) and then finally on Monday I take it out for a drive. I end up having to pull over because I notice something isn't right. I pop the hood to find the belt completely popped off. Not torn or ripped but just came off. Even with the warranty they offer I did not want to take my car back for the 4th time for the same area issue. I towed my car to another shop who found right away that the bracket for the AC was completely the wrong one and would never be able to hold the belt in place correctly. So $1200 for a new AC unit, a bill for the tow and a bill for the correct bracket - my car is up and running correctly. Now Kerry's did not charge me for the bracket, the problem is more that they didn't notice. The quality control seems to be lacking here. After 4 different times, my car was never done correctly. The lack of empathy form the second service manager I dealt with was horrible. I just caution you in trusting your car with this location until they find ways to ensure at the very least, that a car is running better than when it was before you drove it in there. Was contacted by the Region Manager (son in law of the owner, I believe) after seeing my review. He listened to everything and was apologetic and said he would look into everything and give me a call back in 24-48 hours. Never heard back.

Shop is clean and Jose’s customer service was exceptional. Pricing seems to be middle ground, not super cheap, but not ridiculously high either. This was my first time going here, and they’ve earned my business moving forward.

If I could give this a zero star I would. I have given this location a benefit of the doubt not just once but twice now. I originally came in a little over a month ago to get my a/c looked at since they offer free inspections on the a/c. My a/c would randomly turn on and off and makes a ticking noise whenever it decided it did want to work, so I knew something was really wrong with it. I had an appointment at 11:30am that morning and did not get my car back until their closing time of 7pm all to tell me they could not find anything wrong with my a/c. So you’re talking that was 7.5 hours of time with my car and they couldn’t find a single thing wrong with the a/c. I let it go and chalked it up to they couldn’t get the a/c to randomly shut off. Jump forward to last week when I brought my car in around 4:40pm because again I was having issues with my a/c. Only this time my a/c quit working all together. So I thought, okay now they have to know something is wrong because the a/c quit working all together! Before we dropped my car off we called and asked them if this issue would be able to be looked at and possibly be fixed before closing for the day at 7pm. They said “no problem! Bring it in” so we did just that. Again, told them for the 2nd time that we would need the car back before the end of the night. It came close to 7pm and I came to pick my car up to find out again that they did not “have enough time with my car” and could not figure out what was going on with it and that their mechanic had to leave abruptly. When I showed up to pick my car up, it was just sitting in the shop with the hood up and no one was working on it. The front desk guy, Tyler really knows how to try and sweet talk people into thinking it was not the business’ fault and that these things just happen but not when it happens 2 times in a row. When they drove my car around for me to take it home, they parked my car in a handicap spot when I am not a handicap driver and when I got in my car it smelt completely of smoke and I am not a smoker nor is anyone in my family nor have I ever smoked or anyone else for that matter in my family. I am VERY disappointed and will never be returning nor recommending this business.
