Need to learn better customer relations

waited over 4hrs. for oil change i was told shop did not have filter in stock for a 2002 ford f150 brady recommended a brake line flush and differential kit because carfax claimed I havent had any the services. I said I owned the truck when it had 4 miles off show rm floor. I myself perform work. I finally told mech. too put old oil filter back on and give me my truck back which they did I was charged 44.44
