Good service and friendly I'll be back again

I will never use this company again ! I called the closest location to my home to see if they can get my vehicle in for a wheel alignment drove to the store on 43rd and Dunlap they said they cannot fit my vehicle once I got there in their alignment bay so then they sent me to 83rd and Lake Pleasant where they said they could take my vehicle spent 45 minutes there and then they come to tell me they can’t fit my vehicle in there so now they’ve wasted two hours of my day and I still don’t have a wheel alignment done on my vehicle.

If you are not using Kerry’s car care service yet you should be. We are now taking all of our vehicles and our motorhome here as well for service. Jose is amazing and lets me know if there are any other issues with the car but there is no huge pressure to get them done right away unless it is a big issue. This is the place that I would feel comfortable with my wife or daughter going and getting service and feeling like they are not going to get taken advantage of! Thank you

I have used this place for over a year with 3 different vehicles and EVERY time they are super professional, very patient (I ask a million questions) and honest. I took in my Mercedes to them and they found the problem, they thought, sent to another shop of theirs to confirm their suspicion and they identified the true problem. The real problem was half the cost. You easily could have fixed the initial suspicion and sent me on my way, but you did what was right. All though I was frustrated it took a little extra time, I’m so appreciative that you got a second opinion and did right by me.
