Last year I had my radiator replaced and the technician failed to properly tighten down the clamp. The result was that I had radiator fluid leaking all over the place. Luckily I had done very little driving that day. So, outside of having radiator fluid all over my driveway, there was no permanent damage. This year I decided to use the coupon for a free oil change that they gave me after the radiator incident. The next day, I saw oil on my garage floor. Back I went to Kerry's, only to find out that the gasket wasn't tightened enough. If they can't get the simple things right (like properly tightening clamps or gaskets), I feel like I cannot trust them for another major repair. I will not go back here.
