I set an appointment for a 9am oil change and arrived at 8:45 gave them my keys and at 9:55 I asked for my keys back.....My truck hadn’t moved in an hour. What is the point in setting an appointment if they don’t honor it. This isn’t the first time this has happened but I have prepaid for a five oil change package.

I took my 2004 Toyota Corolla in because I was worried driving to California and let them know. I asked them to just check everything and change my oil as well. Explained that I just need to get to California. They checked out the car and were super honest about everything. I had a few things that needed to be fixed but they told me it’s not rush. I loved that they weren’t pushy and genuinely caring. I’m so happy I found a place close to my house and that I can trust. I am definitely coming here from now on!

Today 9/6/19 had an estimate done on my 2012 BMW for front strut replacement. Price was $1,707.84, the strut's them self's are $130.00 a piece, do the math. Disappointed.

Got recommended to Kerry's car center decided to give them a chance took 2012Nissan Quest in it was making a bad vibration sales associate told us it was probably the mass airflow censor so I ok he said we would have to pay $65 dollars to have his mechanic look at it I asked him if that was the problem how much would its cost in total he said about $390 to 400 I said wow ok and he said they have all these awesome warranties which made me feel all warm and fuzzy so said ok he said it will be about 4hr job so agreed so they gave us a ride home they called us car was ready went to pickup car was park on the side of shop hood still open sales associate said we were ready to go lucky me the hood was open car was missing the air intake I said hey isn't there something missing he was like o snap forgot to put the air intake back on he said well air intake actually is not important i was shocked from, his answer, so I watched sales associate put it back on and he also said we needed a new air boot was ok for 400$ you can't replace it but he was in hurry get us out of there it was late and he wanted to go home so instead of rescheduling he sent us home drove of van was still vibrating and sluggish I was like WTF!! Really I looked at the recipe with dismay ?? What the hell did they fix nothing!! Meet with the manager Bobby he promised to make things right and call but never heard back.this place is scam. We took our van to Brake Masters they diagnosed the shacking issues and fixed right away for just $120,

No respect for my time, did not honor appointment, very rude service person. First time using, will definitely not use again.

Liked them from when they opened until yesterday, my daughter brought her car in for a oil change, when we got it back the windows was open and the drivers one won't close, the service tech looked at it and said it's old and took no responsability at all, offered to pull it up for around $140 and fix it for $400 guys it was fine when it came in, accept things happen and come to a mutually beneficial solution, instead I feel ripped off and will not go back.
