Stopped in for an oil change. Was in and out within an hour. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and the price was great. Will definitely be back.

I took care of an alignment issue that's plagued the car for some time. The work was done quickly by a professional at a fair price! The waiting room was very comfortable made me feel like I was at home. I'm happy to know that my car's in good hands.

Great service and total honestly

The inside waiting room is really nice - they even have Netflix - and the shuttle service is really convenient, but I did have to wait 2 hours to get my oil changed. They said they were only running 15 mins behind, and usually it takes an hour and 15 for an oil change. Update: Every time I've been there, I have a negative experience. It looks great on the outside, and is in a convenient location, but even when I make an appointment, an hour later they still haven't even started on my car. They have way too many cars to work on for their size, and the work is not great. They always try to find other "critical" things to fix that don't need to be fixed as well.

One of the best car shops i ever been to. Haven't had people genuinely care about your vehicle and satisfaction, not to mention that there prices are better then any competition around. you would think that since its lower prices its not gonna be as good as a dealership, well your wrong... well i brought my car in and i had mechanic problems before because the other place i went to just threw it back together. Kerry's fixed what they messed up and more without charging a bunch of extra money like a dealership. Over all i highly recommend this place as i will be coming here for a long time and telling friends and family about it.

I have been going to Kerry's since they opened in this location and it is very helpful and convenient to have a reliable service center in the neighborhood. One of the things that I really like is every time I go there I see the same faces. I don't think there has been any employee turnover at all since they opened. That is usually a very good sign for a business. All of the gentleman that work up front are kind, patient and helpful. They're also very clear about what maintenance really needs to be taken care of immediately and what maintenance procedures should be done later on down the line. There is never any pressure to get more and more and more taken care of on a single visit and it is helpful to know what future expenses may arise eventually. I really hate car trouble so it is very comforting for me to have them nearby.

Great communication and service from Bobby! It was only our second time using Kerry's and both times we have been really impressed with their integrity about what was going on with the vehicle and their willingness to give the customer the best deal possible (using active coupons, etc.). The Assistant Manager Bobby is one of the best providers of customer service I have ever witnessed. He is a true asset to Kerry's Car Care. Kerry's Car Care as a whole provides nice amenities such as their shuttle service, clean waiting area, and reasonable prices with fast turnaround times. I trust these guys
