I had the worst experience I have ever had at a repair shop. They had my keep Wrangler for 7 days! They told me my repairs would be done in 3. When I called Friday they told me they had to fit the tubing and they would be done Monday at lunchtime. I called Monday they said they are fitting the tubing but they needed one more day. I called today and they told me they can’t get the part until July. I went to pick up my jeep and drove away. I got 2 blocks and noticed a big cut in my passenger side window and went immediately back where I was told a regional manager will contact me and no one has called. I work in parts for many years and ran a service station for NY Transit and know they could have fixed this problem without the part. I am giving the regional manager 24 hours to get back to me. If I don’t hear from him I will be putting a formal complaint to the company and the police. Andrew at the front desk is completely incompetent, you may want to go with one of the other gentleman at the front desk. Only gave it a star because I couldn’t post with no stars. UPDATED RESULTS I was the one who wrote that post but I had to write a better review. The regional manager called me with 15 minutes of my post. I was expecting someone confrontational (after all I am a former New Yorker) but instead the gentleman had me crying laughing within 4 minutes of our conversation. He was so assertive and ordered me a new window the very next morning. He kept in contact with me until the window was in. He sent me to a different location where he has a Jeep expert to fix my problem. He was a true and utter gentleman and made everything right.
