Arizona Auto Repair

My issue was resolved from my last experience with manager Devin so I wanted to reflect my rating to a more reasonable favorable reading. Kerrys is a great local place for your automotive repairs and thr datff is very friendly and helpful but stay away from Andy he obviously hates his job and didn't even have the nerve to call me back himself and apologize for his actions. Spent over 4k in repairs their and will go back for future work.

I don't approve of the company or workers liars

These people don’t care about their customers!!! I’ve been to Kerry’s Car Care in Glendale 3 times now, and each time I was left extremely frustrated. The FIRST time I came in to get an oil change and full inspection. They did that no problem- and no problem on the major bill for what is at most places a complimentary inspection 😠 The SECOND time I came in and said okay- do the repairs you said needed to be done during the inspection. Well SOMEHOW, they lost my entire file!!! The only reason I had come back was because they were the ones who knew what was going on with my car!! So what was that expensive inspection for??? After I explained what I could remember of what needed to be done and left (easy things- a filter change and air in the tires, plus an anti-rust coating on the bottom of the car if there was time- which they assured me there was) I received no contact for the next day. When I called in to get a shuttle in the morning, the guy showed up an hour late! Now here’s the kicker- when I got there, they hadn’t even touched the car!!! They had an extra day to work on these “easy” fixes that they had told me would be done the day before!! And my car hadn’t even been looked at!!! 😡 Shame on me for trying these people again, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. So the THIRD time I came in I dropped off my car two days before I needed it and said that I wanted anything that could be done before Wednesday at 7. They said okay, we’ll take care of it. After two days not being able to use my car, I take an Uber to the shop (I will never trust their flakey shuttle service again) and stand outside with several other ladies waiting for the doors to open- even though it was after 7am (when it says the place is supposed to open) and there were a bunch of mechanics walking around us to the garage. No hello, good morning, nothing. Just total silence while several women are waiting outside in the heat for the doors to be unlocked. 😡😡 So, giving this place the benefit of the doubt, I go in to pick up my car. I had hoped that- being as it had been there two days- at least the simplest and most important things would have been worked on (the flat tire and air filter). Stupid me, thinking these people were at all competent or considerate of their customers. After TWO DAYS of zero contact from these people and trying to make do without a car, there was STILL NO WORK DONE. 😡😡😡 NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Going to have to change my rating to 1 * been going to Kerrys auto for the last three years spent thousands of dollars with repairs always a good experience. I think lately new management came in but the location on 43rd and Olive has gone downhill and I will not go back ever again. Oil change with a car that took all day to get back. And when I wanted to set up a another oil change with the second car month later I had Andy who answered the phone who was very rude to a point where I'm writing this review just to let you know do not go there anymore I will not. Just lost a loyal customer good riddance.

Nice folks. Very nice a friendly. Unfortunately, timelines is not a forte in their wheelhouse. It used to be. “Appointment” was of no use. My vehicle sat for five hours having never even made it into a bay for an oil change I later discovered was not needed. They did my last change and set the notification to date, not actual level of oil. I guess it’s a good thing I picked up my vehicle without letting them work on it. I question whether or not they would have told me it was not needed.
