I took my vehicle in Saturday Morning after speaking with Andy over the phone because he led me to believe my problem was something they had seen all the time and it wouldn't be an issue to get it taken care of same day, at about 2 pm I received an email with an estimate attached for 164$ level 4 diagnostic. Even though I had already explained what was wrong with the car and what needed to be done but hey I get it. they cant go just based on what everyone says when they come through the door. so basically I paid 164$ to be told what I already knew. also it took the entire day Saturday and 5 hours Monday to have a diagnostic ran on the vehicle. Communication with them was terrible because if didn't ask what was going on with my vehicle I have no idea when I would've found out. Oh yeah and my main reason for choosing the shop was because I had a coupon that came in the mail for 25$ off any service or repair well apparently diagnostics aren't considered a service. In my opinion I'd go to a different shop or at least a different location, or maybe just don't deal with Andy
