Everyone was very nice, extremely knowledgeable n detailed in explaining what went wrong with my truck and why n what they did or what needed to be done next. They gave me a ride home as a courtesy n the professionalism n great customer service skills and just over all interpersonal rapport they establish with each person I saw walk in was exceptional. It was also refreshing to know that they were honest n help u feel educated n included in the decision making by giving u confidence in knowing what they were talkin about n trusting their expertise. I was further impressed with the snap program they offer to pay for repairs when u can't afford it right then as an in-house financing n offer pymnt plans with no interest for over 3 months. I think their actions n attitude are clear n obvious evidence that they care about their customers n that goes along way with me. I will be a regular customer from here on n will recommend them to everyone! Thank u Kerry's Car Care!

The three people that I spoke to were very professional and courteous. The only issue I have was the company employees did not keep me informed about the status of me vehicle, the insurance and any option to pay and pickup my vehicle. I had to contact Kerry's for an update and by 6:30 pm and they did not get the payment from the insurance company, I still was not offered the option to come in and pay. I will not allow my vehicle to be held hostage. You may want to re-think your policy and when an approval is received from the insurance company, you should really think about releasing the vehicle to your customer. You told me two things today 1) you don't trust insurance companies even after they have given you an approval with a number. 2) you don't trust your customers. I ask you this based upon my experience as a ASE technician and service manager going back to the 80s do you want your customers to trust you.

Courteous, they only charged me $158.00 My Sebring convertible top stopped working? I know now what part needs replacing. They told me gently I had to see a convertible mechanic And referraled me to the right direction.. I appreciate the truth. Love's Catheryn Drolet .

alternator went bad, went there to get a quote they said the alternator would be approximately 500 and $600!! my brother said to use denzo George said there is no way I could get for less I called parts Authority they had it for $155 when I told him that he said they do business with parts authority and there’s no way that’s possible. I asked him to call he said he would call me back, never got a call back!! went to parts Authority picked up the part he said they won't do Customer Purchase parts that place is a rip off and I'm 30 seconds away all my neighbors are an absolute awe that it’s that bad there the word is spreading

I drove my 2006 taurus with 60,000 miles on the odometer to Surprise Arizona.Visiting my Parents.When I arrived the car was making a chirping noise. Thought it was a serpentine belt issue. The problem turned out to be a bad Camshaft Synchronizer. They had a open bay and were able to get my car in that day. They replaced the Synchronizer and had the car back to me in a couple hours. Ready for the 1200 mile trip back to Vancouver Washington. Thanks you Douglas.
