The three people that I spoke to were very professional and courteous. The only issue I have was the company employees did not keep me informed about the status of me vehicle, the insurance and any option to pay and pickup my vehicle. I had to contact Kerry's for an update and by 6:30 pm and they did not get the payment from the insurance company, I still was not offered the option to come in and pay. I will not allow my vehicle to be held hostage. You may want to re-think your policy and when an approval is received from the insurance company, you should really think about releasing the vehicle to your customer. You told me two things today 1) you don't trust insurance companies even after they have given you an approval with a number. 2) you don't trust your customers. I ask you this based upon my experience as a ASE technician and service manager going back to the 80s do you want your customers to trust you.
