Super care and attention... we had a dead Prius battery that the Toyota agency had put in - After our car was towed to them, Kerry’s went to the trouble of going to the dealer and convincing them to replace the reflective one for free. They took a full day to make sure there were no other defects and returned it to us in great shape . They didn’t charge us, and we were so surprised. They really care for their customers. We are certainly theirs, for sure.
