Jason was great I went in for a tire patch due to a screw and the price just was a bit much so he offered to change out the spare for free! Once the tech was under to pull it out, another complication came about so Jason then decided to just patch my tire.. again… for FREE! So grateful thank you so much

I got a battery replacement

I hit a large piece of debris in a dust storm recently which did some serious damage to my car. James, the General Manager, got me into the shop 30 minutes after I called him the next morning. He was able to clip the piece of my car back in and provided some great advice on car maintenance for my Nissan Rogue to prolong its life. This experience was very genuine and I knew that the advice was coming from a good place. I recently moved to this area, so it is wonderful that I found an auto shop that I feel like I can trust. I am happy to say that I will be returning for all of my car services. Thank you James for your help!

I came in without an appointment with a problem. That needed immediate attention. It was an issue I had tried to fix at another auto repair. I got a free inspectin which revealed some very expensive repairs. Justin was great in working with me and offered several financial options as well as making sure I had a vehicle to use until my vehicle was ready. The work was completed in a couple days. The 50,000 mile warranty made me feel confident in their work.

Diagnosed my problem quickly, made the repair quickly as well. Two days later, a new issue related to the first issue occurred. Could not start my vehicle, so Kerry’s sent a mechanic to get me started. Dropped off and picked up a few hours later…no charge this time. All of the staff there are helpful and friendly; I will be back for sure.

Kerry’s Airpark Auto Service took excellent care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee! They replaced my radiator, hoses, and a low battery, and even did a thorough inspection to make sure there weren’t any hidden issues. I really appreciated how transparent, professional, and efficient they were from start to finish. The communication was great and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Everything was done quickly and correctly, and I left feeling completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest and high-quality auto service!
