This was my first visit to Kerry's Car Care. I received a flyer coupon in the mail and called the location on North Valley Parkway. After speaking to Bill, visited for an oil change. Bill was friendly and professional and took care of me from start to finish. The facility was very clean and the waiting lounge was the nicest I've ever seen. Good pricing and excellent customer service. I'm very pleased and had an excellent overall experience.

People are friendly and even address us with our names. Technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it next day But I was not informed of charges BEFORE It was fixed I believe customer should be informed of charges and give us the option. There should be transparency to avoid sticker shock to the patient

Great, timely service on a pretty major A/C repair. The cost was less than the service provider I had been using. Door-to-door shuttle service was a great time saver. Kerry’s will get my business from now on.

The folks at Kerry’s are great! My wife and I are from out of town and had a blow out in one of our tires while driving through town. It was after 5:00 on a Friday, and our spare wasn’t in the car, so we were worried about getting help that late in the day. While we were waiting on a tow truck to go to a different tire place, the owner of Kerry’s saw us on the side of the road and offered to help. Even though I’d already called for a tow to a different place, he stayed with us until the tow arrived. He also called his shuttle to come pick my wife and kids up and take them to the other tire store so that they didn’t have to wait by the side of the road. He did this all for free, and bid us farewell after we were all situated. This was amazing service and kindness to people in need without asking for anything in return. Thanks so much again for your help to us in our time of need!!!

All the team meat Kerry’s are courteous and have great customer service. My car was fixed in a timely fashion and done the same day.

So I thought I had a problem with my truck. I took it to Kerry’s and not only did they NOT find a problem, but they gave my vehicle the once over for MY and MY FAMILIES safety. And guess how much it cost??? $0.00. So I imagine you can guess where I will be taking my cars going forward. I also found out they do oil changes as well as full mechanics work. Super friendly guys, who kept me in the loop the whole way. Thanks Kerry’s!!!!!

Great service. They don’t pressure you with unnecessary repairs. Honest and up front about price of work to be done.
