So I got a transmission flush from this place and was charged 287. I paid the price and left. I was skeptical of the price that I was charged so I took it to my normal shop,I go to and asked them what price they would charge for the same service. I was quoted 124 for the same service. So I gave a one star rating. I was later contacted by one of Kerry’s Car Care associate and asked why I gave a one star rating. I explained to him why and he was willing to rectify the situation and offered me 3 free oil changes to offset the price I paid and they will mail it out. I thought that was fair, so in return i retracted my review and gave them a 5 star. So a week has passed and I still haven’t received anything in the mail.

Classic Jeep went in for 2 taillights not working. 3 trips and 9 total days later we recieved back- 1. No taillights working 2. Brake lights now not working. 3. Blown starter from forgetting to hit the power switch and then draining the battery causing the Jeep to struggle starting. 4. Dead battery (duh!) 5. Ripped apart inner door handle from opening and closing without care. 6. Two very upset owners, who both are well connected in the community, especially Westwing area, that will do everything in their power to keep anyone else from experiencing these idiots.

Just moved to Phoenix recently and found Kerry's Car Care. I really like the friendly employees especially Jose. He was very helpful and super friendly no pressure. I have been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and mechanics. It is nice to know you can trust an auto repair shop. Thank you for your professional service and friendly customer service.

TJ was amazing! First he quoted a price based on just needing new rear brakes. When I brought it in, I feared it could be much worse. As the tech tried to pull the brakes apart, it turned out the caliper bracket was rusted solid. Instead of calling to tell me a new price, he ordered the part and replaced without any additional charge. Even more impressive is that it had to be special ordered. I’ve taken my vehicles there before and I will absolutely take them there again. Great job!

Although the place did not do my repair they were fast friendly and honest. I would stop by again in the future if I had a question or needed something done.
