Another wonderful experience with the staff at Norterra. Had a turn signal light bulb go out and came in the have it replaced. I Came in and was greeted friendly. Listened to reason for my visit Mike said he would check it out and get me going again. It was not long he returned and said car was at the curb ready for me to go. I said how much and Mike said no charge. This is not the first time that we have used their wonderful service and I’m sure it won’t be our last. So nice to be treated so nice and having location so close to home. Thank you for your help today.

Appreciated Jason advising me an oil leak around the pan needing repair, then getting it done timely. His courtesy and clear explanation of mechanical issues on our car was really good.
