I'm not happy. When I brought my vehicle in, Greg the man at the front desk, suggested I should pay for a full diagnostic so that all problems my vehicle had were caught up front. That way I didn't pay for a repair that didn't fix the problem. I agreed to that. Greg contacted me the next day and told me that the problem had been identified -the ignition coil, spark plugs, and wires needed to be replaced. He quoted a price and a a timetable. I agreed to the repairs. I brought my vehicle in on Thursday evening 6/13 was told should be done by end the day on Saturday. Greg did not get back in touch until Monday to let me know his technician ran into an issue. While finishing the initial repair it was discovered my vehicle's computer was not operating at all. Greg told me the computer can be damaged when the ignition coil stops working. My problem is this. How did your technician run a full diagnostic and not catch that? Even if he doesn't test the computer directly, wouldn't he notice nothing the computer controls is running properly? Secondly I walked out to my vehicle with Greg and watched him run the the intial diagnostic by plugging a tool into my vehicle and running codes on it. I do not doubt my computer burned out, but I believe it was working when I turned over to you. The computer repair took significantly longer than promised and significantly added to the cost of repairs. The whole reason I agreed to the full diagnostic was to avoid this situation specifically. I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday 6/13 expecting to get it back on Saturday 6/15. Repairs were not complete until Saturday 6/29. It cost me Between the actual cost of repairs and replacing my vehicle for 14 work days cost me just under $2000. Finally if you tell me you are going to call on a specific day keep your word. My vehicle is currently running properly.

Mr. Kountz, your review indicates we did not deliver as promised. We want every customer to receive products and services that exceed all expectations. Clearly this time around we have failed. Our most sincere apologies.

Kerry's was up front with me about additional issues with the car. Only work that I had authorized was completed. Due to finances, I could only get the maintenance work done. The other needed repairs were explained and estimates given. I will be going back to Kerry's to get the remaining work completed. Family members recommended Kerry's to me and I recommend them to you.

Dont even bother making an appointment, I made one for 930 this morning and by 11 they haven't even touched my truck. Normally I'm patient, but I had my 5 year old with me and she was getting bored and we had more places to go to today.

It seems we had a disconnect and clearly dropped the ball. This is not reflective of our operational standards. We are beyond sorry we did not communicate clearly.

We brought our RV into Kerry's Care Care the day we were leaving to go out of town. We discovered at the last minute that our brake lights weren't working and our A/C was blowing warm. They got us in right away so we could get on the road as quickly as possible. They fixed our A/C and diagnosed the problem with our brake lights. They weren't able to fix the brake lights at this location since they don't have the capabilities to lift our RV. Devlin called their other location and explained to them the situation so they could fix it quickly at the other location. They didn't charge us for diagnosing the brake problem, since they weren't able to fix it here. We were so impressed with their quick service and expertise. We'll definitely be back!
