Charged me more than double for work than other place and took 1 month to fix and then it still wasn't fixed. They did their best to try and make things right.

My car’s AC had been restored a little more than year ago by Kerry’s. I received great service and excellent pricing back then at the time of service. So when after a year it started blowing hot air again, I returned as a walk in. The customer service I received was once again extraordinary! I explained the situation and the team at Kerrys squeezed me in and ran diagnostics, checking for leaks and cause for the AC problem. Meantime, I was offered water/coffee and a shuttle if needed. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Thankfully my car AC needed a few simple adjustments. They also checked all my fluid levels for me. Once again I was impressed with the timeliness, honesty and very fair pricing of The Kerry team! I will continue to trust them for my car care needs.

Best auto shop I’ve been to! Lobby and waiting room are beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Staff (specifically Jason) was friendly, funny, and relatable. They were swamped (I was estimated to wait 4 hours for an oil change) they offered a ride home and a ride back. I took them up on the ride back to the shop from my home. The shuttle vehicle was also comfortable and clean. I paid my bill $58 (I used to spend $80 and didn’t have any of the perks Kerry’s offered.) and got in my car. My system was reset properly, and my screen was cleaner than when I dropped it off. HUGE POINTS THERE! Today was my first visit, and Kerry’s has my business loyally going forward. Thank you guys! Excellent job!

Customer service, quality of service, and everything you don’t get from businesses these days seems to be instilled in this location. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!! Keep in mind, because of great service, they are busy but with that being said, I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you again so much!! Frank & Kay
