These guys are GREAT!!! they treat you very well and basically let you know what’s going on with your car. Zach thank you so much for the quick and amazing service from all of the guys in the back. Our car feels like a car again, I would recommend them to anyone. Very Professional.

Wow! First off, this was my 1st time coming here, and with the state of customer service these days, I had some trepidation. That all disappeared when I called beforehand and spoke with Jake. He answered all of my questions re: Emissions testing, costs & time to complete it. When I get to the Auto shop, im greeted by John immediately and can I just state right here & now, that John takes excellent customer service to new heights!! Everyone were professional yet Friendly. 2 important aspects that makes new customers return & returning customers loyal! I'll stop here to avoid sounding like a commercial. Lol! Can you tell? I'll be returning!! Thank you guys & gals!#

Wow! To say we appreciate this review would be an understatement. The team at Kerry's tries very hard to make sure they are always putting customer service as one of their top priorities. We have been using Kerrys for 3 years. The last 3 visits have had mistakes! Will be finding someone else to work on my car!

I take 7 different vehicles there for all of my mechanical needs from maintenance to full on repairs. I like that they can work on my Lexus hybrid and my diesel. TJ is an amazing service guy and I have never been surprised with my bill when they were done always spot on.

They charge me 98 dollars for alignment and they say the car is ready. When I drove the car the wheel sterring was of to the left side and the car was pulling to the left.If I keep the wheel sterring straight the car was pulling a lot to right side.I went back to them and they say that the car is ok.They refuse to come to road test.I lost half a day and 100 dollars. Please try another shop.
