Traveling through Phoenix with a rental and the tire air pressure indicator went off. Stopped in at Kerry's Car Care, a family owned business, and found the kindest young gentlemen to help me out. Troy checked all the tires, found the spare was low, filled them all, and left me enjoying the AC the entire time that he was out in the heat--and didn't charge me for the help. Wow!! It is SO refreshing to find people that care for their community the way Troy and his pal John do. I would go back in a heartbeat and trust them to take care of my auto. Scottsdale, you are so lucky to have them.

Had my car serviced today at Kerry’s Car Care. The lobby was very welcoming and sharp looking. I had Tammy help me out with the services I needed and I didn’t feel like I was being sold things I didn’t need. I Will definitely recommend Kerry’s to my friends and family. Tammy needs a raise she did amazing explaining the work that was done and what needed to be done next time I come back for a oil change.

I took my 2004 Toyota Corolla in because I was worried driving to California and let them know. I asked them to just check everything and change my oil as well. Explained that I just need to get to California. They checked out the car and were super honest about everything. I had a few things that needed to be fixed but they told me it’s not rush. I loved that they weren’t pushy and genuinely caring. I’m so happy I found a place close to my house and that I can trust. I am definitely coming here from now on!

I had Kerry’s Car Care do an alignment on my 2017 Highlander on 04/2019 after mounting a set of front tires. Yesterday, I noticed the tires I had on the front are both worn out from the inner sides. I took it back to Kerry’s today and to my surprised, they absolves themselves from any wrongdoing, no Warranty whatsoever, not even on their alignment work. I’ll never go back there again.

Excellent customer service in and out in reasonable time ,about one hour, I will use them again.

Kerrys car care is simply amazing. The service is 2nd to none. A woman named Tammy was a service advisor and she went out of her way to make sure we were not inconvenienced at all as she took care of the 3 company vans that we own. She called us and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We only fixed what needed to be fixed for the safety of our drivers but she gave us in entire report of what could possibly go wrong for the future. I want to thank Kerrys car care and Tammy for their great services
