TJ Winter was of awesome assistance for the second time in a row, very cool and straight forward guy. Look forward to coming back, I won’t be taking my car anywhere else for repairs... don’t try to screw you like a lot of corporate auto shops surely do.

During a routine oil change, they called and told me that my power steering fluid and brake fluid both needed replacement. Power steering was so bad that they wouldn't drive it until it was replaced. I declined both and took it to Brake Masters, who I have come to trust. Was told (and shown) that neither needed replacement. BTW, the power steering fluid had been replaced only 12k miles ago. Typical "bait & switch" that makes auto service organizations look bad. Wouldn't go here for any repairs.

David and Jose were beyond amazing and helpful! As a single woman I am always weary of being taking advantage of when it comes to mechanics. I was treated fairly, with utmost respect and felt comfortable. The establishment was clean and inviting. Our communication and pricing was clear and reasonable. I never felt any pressure of additional repairs or salespitched on anything. I highly recommend this shop!

The staff is always cheerful and helpful when booking appointments and they always remember me by name. They have always done work timely and fair, and have taken the time to explain recommended services. Their new system of approving or declining work from an electronic quote that is texted works best for my busy life! Highly recommend.
