Tammy went above and beyond with replacing my battery. Tammy put herself in the customer’s shoes and coordinated with other parties involved to solve the problem. It sounds easy just to replace a battery under warranty but since we purchased through another repair shop with the dealer, the situation became complicated. I appreciate Tammy and her technician are persistent in solving the issue for their customer and took charge of things.
