After needing a speedy fix for an after market glitch for a car necessity from a terrible company I will be negatively reviewing after this, Kerry's saved me HUNDREDS of dollars and DAYS of time and missed appointments by prioritizing my need and got me on my way. MAJOR SHOUT OUT to JOSE for helping me with a possible towing need and filling TYLER in on helping me as soon as I arrived per the other company's 5pm closing deadline and gave me free accessories for it that the other company refused to provide with their defective product. I will be happy to be a loyal customer to Kerry's around the Valley! Thanks again!

Updated (12/15/2020) I went again to get a degrease done on my Honda as there was some oil spill on my engine. After I got my service done I had some other issues that Kerry’s thankfully helped me on and they did such a fantastic job that my car continues to run astoundingly! I can not recommend these people enough!!!! Great service and a great customer experience 👍🏽 From (3/18/2020) - I went in for an oil change but appreciated the feedback from John as I got preventative maintenance done on my Honda and meanwhile certain prices seemed out of my price range they were able to price match with other vendors in the area for my spark plugs and even give me a student discount. The honest service here keeps me coming back, there’s no feeling of being sold on unnecessary maintenance as there is always a reason they point out an issue to you. At the end of the day you decide what you want done. The shuttle service for people with just one car is also a bonus. Honestly it’s hard to come by auto shops that don’t want to rip people off, so Kerry’s is a definite go-to. This has been my experience so far and I’ll keep going for my oil changes as they do a wonderful and reliable job.

I went to Kerry’s Car Care at Norterra Pkwy in North Phoenix today and paid for oil change and tire rotation. First time I’ve been there. My tires are marked so I know if they were rotated. They weren’t. They also didn’t set tire pressire to proper full inflation which is part of service included with rotation per their invoice. Some are 5lbs low. Now I doubt whether they even did the full synthetic oil change I was charged for as well. Sadly the one thing I didn’t mark was my oil filter before going in. I dropped it off at 10am with an appointment. Was told it would be 1-1.5 hours. I waited 4.5 hours. If I can’t trust them to do an oil change and tire rotation I surely can’t trust them for anything else or recommend it to anyone else. Really disappointed as I even have a Purple Heart license plate on my vehicle, yet their employees apparently saw me as a target. I feel I just wasted $79.02 today, plus my time, and now I have to go elsewhere to get the same service I just paid to receive. I’m sure they would claim this was an innocent oversight, but I guess we will never know.

Amazing customer service! Went above and beyond to help me out with a good price even gave my a ride to and from home which was sweet i ain’t never had that before! Definitely recommended
