Jake and the Kerry's crew was extremely helpful this afternoon. As a fellow automotive shop in Flagstaff, I value and respect how these guys do business. Jake was quick to respond to an issue one of our customers was having on the road, and he did it with a fantastic attitude. I used this place and trusted this place for years. Recently had a large repair on my suspension and some other repairs. I trusted them so I just always have done what they said. Something told me this time to get a second opinion. I did and we are talking $1000 difference. I did? And they pretty much said well they were doing something different. It was exactly what the other company was doing so I ended up having it done elsewhere.

Great place and great people that did a great job on my xterra. I'm definitely going back again.

Kerry's took my broken down '31 Chevy and made it a roaring fun driving Hot Rod! James is awesome. He made it his personal mission to find all the problems - brakes, radiator, transmission - and had the best specialized mechanics work on each repair. Before Kerry's, I could not walk past the Chevy without it spitting oil, radiator fluid or exhaust film on me. Now it is tight and runs like a champion. Kerry's treats their customers very well, informed me during every step of each repair, cleaned up what could be saved, and replaced only what was in desperate need. I highly recommend and trust Kerry's. Thank you James and Ethan and all of your crew for a job very well done!
