Went to this shop once before and felt it was fair, so called today to find out how much they would change for an oil change if I provided my own oil and filter (that they do not carry). Was quoted $12-15 for this but was expecting $20 so agreed and went there. Walked in and was told the fee would be $29.99. They advertise a convention oil change, including oil and filter, for $24.95 so by providing my own oil and filter their price went $5 above their normal labor, oil and filter charge. Is synthetic oil more difficult to change than conventional? No, its not and this is just dishonest.

I have gone to Kerry's for my last few repairs and I've always felt that they're honest with me. I don't feel pressured to do more work than what's actually required. They were also very accommodating in bringing my car to my home as I wouldn't have been able to get off work in time to pick it up same day but rather the next morning. Definitely my go-to shop.

Home of the attempted up charge. I made it clear what service was desired and had to refuse up charge service offerings numerous times. They did not call when the work was complete, I had to go in person and check. Lastly they pulled the front of the mini plastic onto their sidewalk when they parked it after work was completed. No damage, but cmon.
