DESPICABLE and DISHONEST business! They took advantage of my ELDERLY and recently widowed father. They didn’t tell him how much the services they “recommended” would be until THEY decided to them and then charge him when he came to pick his car up. DISGUSTING “business” to have in our beautiful community of Fletcher Heights anyways I will most definitely be contacting the BBB and Attorney General to evaluate our options. This type of dishonestly will absolutely not be tolerated and I will not allow a shady business to take advantage of my father.

I had a great experience at Kerry’s today. I’ve had a lot of rotten experiences with the automotive industry. However, everyone at Kerry’s was knowledgeable and welcoming. John answered all of my questions and explained things in detail, showed me pictures, and told me what to expect from my car in the future. Bobby and TJ were around and chatted with me and my kiddo and were very nice! They got my oil change and transmission fluid done quickly and it was affordable! I’ll be back for all of my cars needs!

Went to this shop once before and felt it was fair, so called today to find out how much they would change for an oil change if I provided my own oil and filter (that they do not carry). Was quoted $12-15 for this but was expecting $20 so agreed and went there. Walked in and was told the fee would be $29.99. They advertise a convention oil change, including oil and filter, for $24.95 so by providing my own oil and filter their price went $5 above their normal labor, oil and filter charge. Is synthetic oil more difficult to change than conventional? No, its not and this is just dishonest.
