I came here because I thought repair pal had fair and honest shops that they recommend. I had an issue with my Nissan and had an extended warranty. Warranty covered all mechanical repairs parts and labor. As all shops are aware warranty work pays warranty prices. The parts used for my car were almost doubled from MSRP which is what warranty pays and they know this, so they jack the price up knowing what warranty pays and then passes that extra cost on to you. Nissan dealer, and my CarMAX warranty company were shocked when they seen what this place charged me for the parts. I have tried to get a cost sheet of what warranty paid for and what I paid for from Kerry's but I have yet to receive this. My warranty company said they never seen this before and shops charge what warranty pays. I was never told this by the service writer I was told warranty covered part of it but was under the impression my warranty covered the mechanical parts and labor because my policy say's it does. I was unaware those parts would be almost doubled. My warranty company is looking into this because this also makes them and Repair Pal look bad. I did not get a fair explanation by Kerry's and still haven't. I guess they can charge whatever they want warranty or not. Be careful when you talk with them about warranty work and get all the prices if they'll give you them. Warranty will only pay MSRP and they know this so they charge higher to get more money stating "we give a higher warranty on the parts". I already have warranty on the parts so why would they charge me a higher warranty. BS!
