I stop by because I was having problems with my condenser they have been leaking for a week, he was asking me questions about my vehicle did those questions a professional mechanic should know, and after I was there for 45 minutes or so he throw me a number that it was very ridiculous $1600 to replace the condenser he was telling me that he needed to disassemble the whole front end of the vehicle to get to that condenser; BS.

Had an 11 am appointment. The driver John who dropped me off and picked me up was very nice. They said it would take 1 hour and 45 minutes. I called at two hours snd 15 minutes snd they said they hadn’t gotten to it yet. Why even make an appointment then?? Or tell me they can’t get to it for about her two hours snd I could have run errands and then brought the car back. I had a busy day planned and it took four hours to get the car back. I also checked with two people to see if they had addressed my tire pressure. Both told me yes. When I got in The car and drove away it was obvious that it hadn’t been done and I had to go back

I made appointment for oil change. Guy at the register said he had a coupon he'd use to save me about $10 to $20. They charged me full price. They forgot to reset "Oil Life Gauge" so I had to return to shop. I brought in the paper floor mat they left in my car when I got there. They also gave estimate on 2 of 3 differential/ transfer cases flush/ clean and the cost for 2 was what I paid the last jeep dealer for all 3 services. Was dissapointed unfortunately. Hope all others have better experience?

Called on a Friday night got in on Saturday morning and my car was done in 3 hours. Their customer service is impeccable and they are totally honest!!!

My A/C went out on my car. Called them up and within 24 hours they had me back on the road with a good A/C System that will keep me cool in the AZ heat!
