I went in with what I thought it was a simple switch problem my switch broke on my front window switch… All of my other switches worked in all the other doors including my door except for my window, it was clear that the switch was broke because it was loose… It got stuck in the down position. I went into them for the problem it seems simple to me, however and they told me it would be $674Because I needed a new switch at that time Justin told me you might need a small part which is not expensive and not a big deal… Now...I had gone in there on Friday they take me home I left my car they were supposed to call me but they didn’t… They were going to call me before noon on Saturday… They didn’t I had people coming over and they needed my car, I called them at 12:30 and they told me they had received the wrong part. So they brought me my car about 130… Monday I had my 81-year-old father come all the way across town to follow me up there so I could leave my car and the keys, I live in north Phoenix he had to drive me all the way downtown… I heard nothing they said they left me messages I did not see any… So my dad pick me up from work and drop me off there I took off work an hour early… I get there and they tell me they still have the wrong part. Then I see they left a message about 10 minutes after I left that now they had the right part. Now my first quote was $674… OK that seems a lot for a switch. My dad drop me off there after I took an hour off of work early on Monday I get there and they tell me it was still the wrong part… So, I took an hour off earlier the next day… I’m losing money here… I get there they tell me they have the part take my car back they work on it, when I get ready to leave and pay for it and I was going to snap finance they told me it’s 1200 and something dollars!! Because I needed a motor, first of all nobody told me that nobody called and told said anything… I find that very unprofessional I told him to take the effing part out, but I wasn’t gonna pay for it, I don’t know why I need a new motor, all the other windows worked it just seems sketchy… I told him to take the effing part out of the car I just wanna use the window… You guys help me in the past and you did a good job this was not a good experience this was very handled very badly very unprofessionally I understand that you’re busy I get that but I’m not gonna pay for stuff I don’t believe I need… I’m not a rich woman, I feel I was bamboozled… And I’m very disappointed because I really do like the guys that work there but my God, y’all replaced a rack and pinion for me last summer for $1500… This was a damn window switch… Come on I told him to take it out, and all the sudden it was $374, which I paid… They told me not to use my Driver side window… I’m just perplexed. And very disappointing

As a family member running the business it is difficult to hear about your most recent experience, however it is needed to better our training and make adjustments when needed.
