Excellent overall automotive car service business!!

Went in with a coupon for a synthetic oil change for $49.95. They texted me suggesting I get other work done (change transmission fluid for $229 and change brake fluid for a $129 or $159 or something). I declined the other work at this time. When I picked up the car the total was $71. More than I’ve paid to have the oil change in this car, without a coupon! The guys at the desk were very nice, but definitely feeling frustrated at the amount. (Car is a Toyota and has 71,000 miles on it) Update: The regional manager did call me and apologized that it wasn't made more clear that this car might require more oil and that it would be extra. And also that the price of oil is up right now. I am changing my 2 stars to 4 stars and appreciate the follow up.

I took my car in the other day and had a misunderstanding with one of the new reps on a quote I'd received. The general manager, Anthony, personally reached out to me to explain the perfect storm that culminated in the misunderstanding. Not only that, he went above and beyond the call of duty to help set the record straight with me. These guys are out here to provide the best work at the best value here in the valley and Anthony demonstrated this high standard runs through their company from top to bottom. Would recommend to friends and family. Big thanks to Anthony and the team for keeping my car running safe and smooth.

Solid shop, completed a tune up and another small task quickly. Dropped off the evening before, and car was ready by 10 AM next day. Would use again.

First time into Kerry’s today. They happily went out of their way to fit me into the schedule on a busy day. My car needed some extra service and Even though they were slammed they took the time to make it happen for me saving me another trip back. I can tell they are quality people and men of their word. This will be my new home for all service needs.
