First time using Kerry's. Just had an oil change, but the service was fantastic. I was met by Kyle and he was very thorough explaining services that were needed. He was very professional. Not once did I feel pressured.

Honestly this is the most professional car care service I have ever been to incredibly impressed with their customer service and ability to diagnose issues and thoroughly discuss what needs to be done. From the moment I got there I feel they are service you can really trust they have definitely earned my business and I really appreciate the high level of customer service. These guys are dressed professionally clean cut beautiful facility nice waiting area just a very nice experience. My expectations are high because I work or have worked in customer service for many years and I expect a lot and they thoroughly exceeded my expectations.

Staff was very helpful and fast. Waiting room has a nice flat screen so you can watch something on Netflix while you wait.

Staff was friendly and gave suggestions for additional needs but not pushy just informative. Since my daughter was paying for this service she felt very comfortable and not pressured to spend more than she could afford. We were very happy with this service.

I've had my car serviced at many places throughout the years! Never have I been treated with so much professionalism and care. Fabulous job! I found my new home for my baby

Good service and friendly staff.

Called at 3pm on Saturday for an oil change and they close at 5pm. Was told to come on in and they'd take care of it which they did quickly. Also, was shown a couple of issues on my car so I could see them and not just see the quotes on paper. The facility is very inviting and made waiting for this service actually enjoyable. Will definitely go back for automotive service needs!

Just opened up by my house. Great staff and the shuttle home works out nice. The shocks needed replaced and what a difference it makes. Got in quick and was done much faster than I expected. Will be taking my other vehicles back for work soon.

They were fast and didn't push a hard sale. Fixed what was wrong and didn't tell me there was more to do. Work was done and they were all very courteous.

We set up an appointment on a Saturday morning. We took the car in early for service. We did not expect them to start working on it early, but at least on time. 6 HOURS after our scheduled time, they were still not done with our oil change and our wheel alignment. After we picked it up we checked the oil at home and the oil was low and we had to take it back for them to add more oil. They claimed the alignment was off a couple of degrees and that they fixed it. But it does not feel like they adjusted anything. $122.00 waisted and I'm not impressed with the slow service and lack of attention to detail. We will not be back.
