Clean and professional but not the experience we were hoping for. Had our vehicle at dealership for A/C hose leak and quoted $900. Called Kerry's and quoted $550, so we took it to Kerry's instead. The hose replacement ended up being $890 at Kerry's with a $100 off coupon! Upon pick up at Kerry's we notice left front turn signal not working. Picked up bulb and changed at home only to find that it wasn't a bad bulb, it was a cable that hadn't been reconnected at Kerry's. Two weeks later the air conditioning wasn't working. Went back to Kerry's since they guarantee their work. They said the hose they replaced was leaking and there was a discharge hose leaking as well. We were under the impression that they were replacing both free of charge but ended up being an additional $240, including $75 labor for a hose that takes a few minutes to replace. Really disappointed in this place as we were referred by someone that had a good experience with them. Unfortunately our experience cost more than the dealership. Kerry's doesn't seem to be any different than any I other place trying to squeeze their customers.
