Never took my truck for an oil change to a shop other than jiffy lube or valvoline, yet within 2 weeks of a 3 hour oil change with Kerry's, both my fuel pump and alternator failed. Sigh. $2k in repairs. Nightmare.

The staff was friendly and performed the pre-approved work to my vehicle in a professional and timely manner. Recommended service I needed, but did not hard sell me. Will definitely be back.

I brought my car in for diagnostics on December 11, 2017. My 2011 BMW 128i was showing two error codes, PO1356 and PO141. Bobby Maish told me that his mechanic found a Tech Service Bulletin (TSB) related to this issue and that I should take it to the BMW dealer to have the ECM flashed (update software). The actually charged me nothing to give me this information. I called BMW about the TSB and they said it did not exist. So I called Bobby at Kerry's and simply asked for a copy of the TSB so I could bring it to the BMW dealer. He said that would not be a problem and he would e-mail it to me. Long story short, after numerous calls and more promises and after talking to the Regional Manager (Chris) who also promised that someone would get back to me, nothing has been received. I told them if you can't or don't want to send it to me, tell me. They kept saying they would e-mail it to me and I kept waiting. It has now been 19 days since they said they would send it to me. I also contacted them via their website, but did not receive a response. As I am new in town I had high hopes on Kerry's Car Care being my "GO TO" place for my car repairs and service, but with this poor follow through and empty promises, I will have to find another place.

Got quoted $60 for front end alignment. Was charged $92.12. Never told about the up charge. Kerry's manager said they were unable to put back the money back on my credit card. What business can't do that. They have the machine to charge the credit card. Was told I can expect the check is in the mail. It has been just about two months now. I've been back to speak with the manager twice. STILL NO CHECK. It's now not about the money, but the principal. How many other people are they ripping off.
