Kerry's Car Care has always been good to me. The staff very friendly and above and beyond great customer service. However, this last trip was the worst. They had my car for THREE days and one person from another didn't know what was done to the car. NOTHING was done. No communication to me and no work was done. I ended up taking it elsewhere. Not sure if I'll be back after this one. Sorry guys.

The technician was courteous, very responsive and the estimated repair costs were reasonably priced. I will definitely be back soon for the actual repairs.

I have been to Kerry's on Norterra twice and both times the employees have been honest, knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone in the front office and the shop are friendly and respectful. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and nicer than many living rooms! I will definitely continue to have my service work done at Kerry's Car Care.
