Kerry's is the best, we are just in awe, we have been going here for quite sometime and they never cease to amaze us! Just before Christmas our Maxima broke down, it was computer, sensor, not to mention alternator issues, long story short they went over and above what any Auto Shop would ever do! TJ, John, Brian, just to name a few, we have no words to say how much we appreciate what you have done, there isn't a beter place in all of AZ. The door handle on my 2012 Rouge broke off one morning to my great dismay. Having recently moved to the north side of town I did not know where I could take it without getting ripped off. My son-in-law had a card for Kerry’s that he got from a friend, so I gave them a call. Mike was wonderful, and very kind. He gave me a good estimate of the time to repair. My vehicle was extremely rude to the gentlemen working on it and refused to go back together properly. All of the folks working on it were friendly and jovial, even though the car was giving them quite a bit of trouble. They ended up having to keep it for a few days, but made sure I was able to get around, even offering to pick me up at home and take me to work! The final cost was very reasonable, and my overall experiance was extremely positive. Will most definitely continue taking my vehicle to this wonderful group!

Kerry's staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they have a shuttle so I can wait comfortably at home although their waiting area is really nice too. They are usually really busy so service can take a while but I've never had to leave my car overnight depending on what had to be done.

Very helpful technicians. Strive to do their best and not suggest unnecessary work. One of the few places that has the parts and experience to work on a BMW. Slightly more expensive than other places for basic maintenance, but more trustworthy to care for the car.

Kept my car all day. Led me to beleive that my car was repaired. Upon pick up found my car wasn’t touched. All the same problems exist. After a week still have not received a refund. Consider another shop before this one.

We recently moved to North Phoenix and I needed to find a reliable auto service shop. I went online and found that Kerry's had really good reviews. I had high expectations when I brought my crossover in for a CV Boot repair and they did not disappoint. Even speaking with them on the phone was positive. They are up-to-date on communication technology with repair estimates coming to my smart phone with the option to click to approve. Though I didn't wait for service on-site, their customer lounge looks very nice. VERY pleased with my service and will continue to use Kerry's - and definitely recommend them to anyone else seeking great service in North Phoenix.
