My first time visiting I had no idea what to expect other than my dad uses them and had recommended Kerry's to me. The moment I walked in the door I was immediately impressed. The lobby was well designed and I was instantly greeted by one of the staff. They took the time to help me figure out what my car needed done, I'd come in because a warning light had gone on but then turned itself off. But I needed an oil change and a 60k mile check up/inspection, so they were able to take care of that. They gave me prices on everything before they started and also were able to work within my budget by giving me some discounts and telling me which things could wait until later, there was no pressure to do everything suggested on that day. I know very little about cars, so it would be easy to take advantage and charge me for work that doesn't need to be done. I felt so confident discussing my car with them. During the oil change I waited in the waiting room, which has to be one of the nicest waiting rooms I've seen at an auto shop! Very comfortable and quiet. But when they realized they needed to do some extra work I decided to use their free shuttle to go home to wait while the did the rest of the work, the shuttle service is great! All in all, I had a great experience, my car is all sorted, and I feel good about the price I paid. Will definitely be using Kerry's again!

They listened. Despite being unable to duplicate the issue, I asked them to take the car for a longer test drive. They did and found the issue. Friendly, knowledgeable, nice waiting room.

Another wonderful experience with the staff at Norterra. Had a turn signal light bulb go out and came in the have it replaced. I Came in and was greeted friendly. Listened to reason for my visit Mike said he would check it out and get me going again. It was not long he returned and said car was at the curb ready for me to go. I said how much and Mike said no charge. This is not the first time that we have used their wonderful service and I’m sure it won’t be our last. So nice to be treated so nice and having location so close to home. Thank you for your help today.

Because I was stupid, I kept driving my car even though my engine was overheated. Blew my engine, and there were many things wrong with my car (water pump, head gasket, etc.). Took my car to Kerry's Car Care. The repair costs looked to be around $4k, luckily I had a warranty. I had to be out of Phoenix by Saturday, and I had them start repairs on Wednesday. In the span of those 4 days, they fought the insurance companies to get my price down to about $400 dollars (10% of the original cost!), and then got my car working. They turned what could have been an inconvenient series of events into barely a few days away from work. I did encounter an issue later where my car would make a rattling sound at 2.5k RPMs, which turned out to be the exhaust port being loose (among a few other bolts being loose), not a huge deal. If you are the boss of this store, and you are reading this, take whoever participated in the fixing of my car out for a beer or something, they deserve it.

Great service even with my challenge of getting an old vw bug fixed. JOSE and the staff didn’t give up and went out of there way when they didn’t really have to. I highly recommend this car shop. Thanks :)

This place is a perfect combination of honest and friendly service, combined with great knowledge of autos and workmanship and very reasonable prices. This very difficult-to-find combination is what you get at Kerry's Car Care. Jose greeted me when I walked in, understood the issue I had with my vehicle, and I walked out a smiling, satisfied customer. We're lucky to have such a place within 15 minutes of driving, but even if you are more than 15 minutes away, I would strongly recommend giving them a chance next time you are in need of auto repair.

Went in to get an oil change and Mike took great care of me. Saw a deal online on their website and he honored that price. He gave me updates along the way and I really appreciated that. I will be back.

Kerry's does honest business at reasonable prices, and usually they are very quick.

The reviews are no lie... they really are that good. I got a code on my car so I stopped in and left it with them. Ended up leaving it over night to see if the same problem would happen again with a cold start(they checked with me first). They didn’t find anything at all! I get the feeling many other shops would make something up for a quick buck. They did a bumper to bumper inspection and kept it overnight at no charge!! I got my oil changed too, which was priced very well go full synthetic! I dropped the car off on my lunch break and they drove me back to work, and they picked me up during my lunch break to pick the car up the next day. I went through Jose, but they all seem to be really good, honest guys. Customer for life!
