Arizona Auto Repair

Took my suv here because it was overheating. Waited 2 days for them to figure out that it was my thermostat. They charged me upwards of three hundred dollars for a diagnostic workup, five hundred for thermostat and installation and another 200 for a coolant flush. Afterwards I found out that the entire thing would have costed me five hundred or less at a dealership for all the parts,labor, and diagnosis. AT A DEALERSHIP! Not to mention it does not take 2 days to determine a thermostat is the issue this is ridiculous please don't take your car here. Don't support businesses that deliberately rip people off

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff

Tammy was very professional and friendly. I appreciate her getting the work in and done the same day. Everything is now working as it should. She was thorough in explaining what was needed to complete the repairs.

Couldn't get anyone to even say hello when I called. They picked up the phone 3 times and would immediately hang up. If that's how they handle customers I'd hate to leave my car there.
