We were trying to get back home to Los Angeles area & my alternator was draining the new battery. They tested it & proved it was the alternator & did their best to get us back on the road quickly. They were very friendly, professional, & helpful.

These people are saints. Had a shock bolt come out on my truck and they had it up and out the door same day.

Having some unfortunate Challenges with more than one of our vehicles _ We have had the Assuredness of Kerry's Car Care to Assist Us in our individual Needs _ Not saying those phrases _ ( That's not our policy, nothing we can do, even though we want to help..) that leave you hanging without help _ Kerry's ACTUALLY DOES HELP❗ They Also let you Converse with the Mechanic that specifically works on your vehicle.

Made an appointment for my teenage daughter to get her oil changed. Easy to make guy in the phone helpful and friendly. Appointment 330. Done by 5. Seems a bit crazy for an oil change and not worth the effort to make. The appointment. Could’ve spent 90 min waiting at any one of the same type places within 5 miles. Probably won’t be back.
