Have to see how my repair works out before making a final review. So far, I have a good feeling about the shop. Clean, fully staffed on a Saturday and good customer service compared to other shops I have been to before. Good signs.
Since the first time I used them, I always go only to them. I am a senior and a woman so it is very important that I find someone I trust and they have always helped in many ways—this time there were several issues to repair and I was going to be late picking up my granddaughter from school so one of the employees drove me to the school and then to her home. They then drove me home and brought my car to me a short time later. I am grateful!
Not sure if the oil change ever took place. Had to return to have the wiper fluid filled which was missed on my truck. Filler cap is located right in front of your eyes when you open the hood. Had other issues to be resolved but after findong out the hourly rate to be unrealistic and above most dealership rates I had to decline the work. I still don't feel the diagnostic is correct but I won't be back to find out. Good luck Kerry's you've lost a local customer..
