Bogi and her staff always provide a friendly and warm environment which makes my frequent visits to the shop very pleasant. They have always taken excellent care of my vehicle. I am a long time content customer and will continue to take my vehicle to them as long as I have it.

From the first phone the experience was positive. I’ve always gone to the dealership for service for my 2011 BMW, but wanted more of a personal relationship with a trusted team. I found the perfect place. They are upfront, transparent, explained every step and why they would recommend a repair. I felt like I was in good hands. They sent photos of what they were recommending and the value was great. I feel my BMW is in trusted hands.

I have been taking my cars to Bogi for over 10 years. Her and her team are awesome, trustworthy and do excellent work. Quality and honesty. They are not inexpensive, probably priced around the same as the dealership but you get a lot more than at a dealership and you never have to second guess what services are begin suggested or completed on your car. They only do work that is necessary.

I found 180 degrees automotive on google, I was looking to see how to replace the air suspension. The gentleman that was explaining how to replace the air suspension was from 180 degrees automotive in Florida so I googled 180 automotive in Phoenix, AZ. When I saw the add , it pictured all women and (1) man. I did not want to take my vehicle back to the previous shop because I had a bad feeling about them and I felt how could I go wrong with all women. Well I was not disappointed. They were professionals from start to finish. They kept in contact with me , let me know what was wrong with the vehicle in a timely manner and gave me a time it would be ready. There were never any surprises. I will tell every woman I know who is afraid to take her vehicle in for service about 180 degrees automotive.
