The guys working tonight were awesome and very helpful even educated me on the car make I was bringing in for a pre purchase car inspection. If you are buying a used car you definitely should get a pre purchase car inspection and you should bring it here because they are trustworthy reliable and good pricing!

Traveling through Phoenix with a rental and the tire air pressure indicator went off. Stopped in at Kerry's Car Care, a family owned business, and found the kindest young gentlemen to help me out. Troy checked all the tires, found the spare was low, filled them all, and left me enjoying the AC the entire time that he was out in the heat--and didn't charge me for the help. Wow!! It is SO refreshing to find people that care for their community the way Troy and his pal John do. I would go back in a heartbeat and trust them to take care of my auto. Scottsdale, you are so lucky to have them.

BY FAR the best automotive repair and service in the entire Phoenix Valley! Quality, price, and service here is unprecedented, unparalleled, and second to none. They treat you like family, not because it's a catchy thing to say, but because it's actually what they do. They literally know my dog. They're more interested in getting and keeping your car running and on the road safely than getting money out of your pocket, and they explain things in a concise and easy to understand way, they'll even show you on YOUR car what they are talking about. Bar none, best auto shop out there! P.S.- I dont do reviews, that's how awesome these guys are!

Worst service I’ve ever had! Came in for what I was thinking was going to be a synthetic oil change at 49.95. After my vehicle was in the shop for about 30 min one of the gentleman showed me my air filter and that it needs to be replaced etc. I said no then the guy is like let me see what I can do etc etc. I overheard the gentleman speaking with the parts guy over the phone about the air filter and he said like 8 bucks for it huh or something along those lines, they tried selling me the same filter for about 38 bucks and some change. Be careful of this shop I definitely would not recommend it, especially with how much they’re up charging people. I know a lot of people and they won’t be coming anywhere close to Kerry’s Airpark auto service or kerry’s car care. Also on a side note shouldn’t be so pushy to make an air filter sale, especially one you’re trying to up charge extremely high. Don’t waste your time with this business, go to a reputable shop.

Was much better under previous owner. I don't like paying extra fees or replacing parts before it's time.
