Had another shop tell my daughter that it was going to cast $2500 to fix her alignment issue on her car so we took it to Kerry's and got the truth. It only cost $52 to fix the alignment. The other shop was trying to take advantage of her because she didn't know any better. THANK YOU KERRY"S FOR BEING HONEST!!!!

Had a fabulous experience at Kerry’s Airpark Auto. They clearly explained what needed to be done to my car and gave me a fair price. I checked prices at other places and they were the lowest. When I told them I couldn’t get down to pick up my car that afternoon, they even delivered it to my door!! Highly recommend.

Where do I begin? I don't ever need to go anywhere else for car service of any kind in the Valley. Truly amazed at this company. The whole top half of our engine on our Suburban was done so quickly, we didn't believe them when they said it was done. They made an unpleasant experience so pleasant. TJ was a step ahead of every detail and went above and beyond in every step of the process. Great communication coming from him at all times along with a great personality. If we needed their free shuttle to and from home or the rental car place....no problem (Isaac the driver/mechanic was a great young man). They shuttled us 4 times to Fountain Hills and they were very timely each time. They even hooked us up with super cheap rates at the rental car place down the street. Even when we did hang out, their lounge area makes you not want to leave...I seriously felt like I might as well have been home, it was so comfortable. All the employees are having fun with each other and pleasant....it's such a good vibe when you walk in. We didn't have to lift a finger, especially with TJ. He handled the warranty company (in our case), no problem. Rates are very fair to begin with but then the level of service just makes them worth every penny anyways. Stellar job guys! Customers for life. One more thing, don't let their "Scottsdale Airpark" location scare you if your like us living paycheck to paycheck thinking "how am I going to pay for this?"....not only are they fair but they have great ways of possibly getting you financed if needs be so you can get back out on the road and functioning.
